With the full support of Athletic Director Deuce Roark, Head Football Coach Lee Coleman, and Head of School John Simpson, Lakeview Academy is moving forward with the launch of a youth tackle football program beginning this fall (2026).

While Lakeview has had football at the middle school and high school levels for some time, and has even had some instructional-level intrasquad efforts in the lower school, there has never been a sustained feeder program.

Our goal is to begin building that foundation now—starting at the youth level—so that boys can grow together, develop confidence and character, and ultimately strengthen the entire Lakeview football program for years to come.

Lakeivew is proud to be the newest member of the Mountain Athletic Conference. This fall, Lakeview will compete against the likes of Chestatee, Dawson County, Fannin County, Gilmer County, Lumpkin County, Pickens County, Rabun County, White County, and Union County.
